Print-Tech® 3D Printing

Airtech is utilizing its facilities in Springfield, TN (USA) and Differdange, Luxembourg to house a pair of 40ft x 10ft (12m x 3m) large scale additive manufacturing machines to offer its Print-Tech® full-service tool manufacturing solution.

Vac Valve 409 SS HTR and Vac Valve 429 SS HTR
Vac Valve 409 SS HTR and Vac Valve 429 SS HTR are durable, stainless steel vacuum valves. They were designed for high temperature cures where standard valves with silicone rubber seals fail. Vac Valve 409SS HTR is used with the AHTC-1000 QTD Quick Disconnect Coupling for convenient connections to high temperature vacuum hoses.
Wide Films
Airtech vacuum bagging films can be made up to 16m (52.5ft) wide and no seams! This will help reduce the time and cost to make big bags for applications in wind energy, aerospace, marine, automotive and general composites.
Thermalimide RCBS
Thermalimide RCBS is a high performance release film treated both sides for cure temperatures up to 761°F (405°C). Thermalimide RCBS is an ideal release film used during the forming process of thermoplastic materials and other high temperature applications.
A4000 LFST
A4000 LFST material will shrink to closely fit the mandrel. A4000 LFST is ideal for providing a self-releasing cover for mandrels used in fabrication of hollow composite parts. A4000 release film is an approved material on all major aircraft specifications.
Filmcote® 1524
Filmcote® 1524 remains on the part surface after demold providing protection from damage or contamination during subsequent process.
Airweave® UHT 800
Airweave® UHT 800 is a non-woven blended, fiberglass breather.
Airflow 65R
Airflow 65R can be used as an autoclave or oven hose. The outer ply is silicone rubber that encases a flexible steel tube that prevents collapse and hose separation.
Airdraw 2 and Wrightlon® 7400
Airdraw 2 and Wrightlon® 7400 Embossed have embossed pattern that provides network of air passageways, eliminating the need for a separate layer of breather.
Wrightlon® 4600
Wrightlon® 4600 release film is a low cost high temperature film for use in flat or limited curvature molding applications up to 380°F (193°C).
BBH 1080 Hose
BBH 1080 is a durable high temperature and high pressure autoclave hose. The hose construction consists of an inner flexible stainless steel conduit over-wrapped with a stainless steel braid.
Masterflex “S” series
The Masterflex “S“ series is a flexible spiral square tube used as a reinforcing hat section stiffener on the backside of the tool face. Masterflex stiffens the tool face to avoid dimensional stability problems.
Stretchlon® 700
Stretchlon® 700 vacuum bag film is a high elongation elastomeric film which is designed for cures up to 385°F (195°C). It is particularly suitable for applications where softness and elongation are required.
Teflease MG2
Teflease MG 2 is a high temperature PTFE pressure sensitive tape. Teflease MG tapes will release from most resin systems. They are ideal for use on tooling blocks and all areas where high elongation and release is needed.
VacLeak LEQ-70 Leak Detector
VacLeak LEQ-70 is a compact economical vacuum leak detector for finding leaks in vacuum bags, sealant tapes, hoses and fittings.
Auto-Couples
Calibrated thermocouples and extensions designed to reduce vacuum leakage during autoclave temperature measurement.
Airflow 100R
Airflow 100R is now available in 90 degrees fixed end fittings on one or both ends. It is a durable high temperature and high pressure autoclave hose.
Superlease Blue
Superlease Blue peel ply is a high temperature fabric coated with a silicone release agent. It provides superior release to plain peel plies because the coating prevents the fabric from bonding to the laminate while producing a textured surface.
Econostitch® G
Econostitch® G is an economical, heat set and scoured peel ply with good performance when used with both polyester and epoxy resins.
Stretchlon® 200
Stretchlon® 200 is a high elongation vacuum bagging film.

Dahlar® Release Bag 125
Dahlar® Release Bag 125 (0.001 inch) is the ideal release film for polyester or vinylester resins as well as epoxies and phenolics. Dahlar® Release Bag 125 is also offered with our embossed, cracked ice pattern making it a breather, release film and vacuum bag all-in-one.
Airpad Rubber Tooling
Airpad is an uncured non-silicone rubber that can be made into pressure caul sheets and flexible mandrels. The Airpad pressure intensifier provides uniform pressure distribution during autoclave processing.
Durocast Table Tops
Durocast Table Tops are manufactured using the highest grade urethane available. The cutting surfaces always providing a smooth, non-contaminated working surface.
Pressure Strip
Pressure Strip is used as an expendable item and discarded after each cure. Pressure Strip is applied on top of the release film in the corner of the lay‐up prior to vacuum bagging. Pressure Strip is a compound of butyl rubber, resin plasticizers and fillers. There are no silicones used in the manufacture of this product.
Securlon® L-1000
Securlon® L-1000 is a high-temperature, multi-layer extruded vacuum bagging film. Multiple layers reduce the potential for “pinholes”, providing additional security in your vacuum bagging process.
Ultraweave® 606
Airtech developed Ultraweave® 606 in response to back pressure and porosity problems caused by polyester breathers trapping off.
